Lobendahn missed the second half of last season following surgery to repair a to ACL in his left knee. He also had surgery on his right knee at La Habra High School. The Dodgers acquired starting pitcher Rich Hill and outfielder Josh Reddick from the Oakland A’s for a trio of pitching prospects. Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal first reported the trade, which was confirmed by the Dodgers an hour and 10 minutes later.
