NFL Draft: Rams select TE Tyler Higbee in 4th round

Here’s a scouting report for Tyler Higbee, whom the Rams selected with the 12th pick of the fourth round (110th overall) in the NFL Draft on Saturday:

School: Weste Kentucky

Year: Senior

Size: 6-5, 249

Strengths: Tall and athletic former receiver who has excellent pass-catching abilities.

Weaknesses: Needs to improve blocking. Maturity issues are a conce.

The skiy: Averaged 15.5 yards per play in his four seasons ay Weste Kentucky. Was thought to be a second- or third-rounder, but less than three weeks before the draft was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree fleeing or evading police, and public intoxication. Could be a steal for the Rams.
