Video: St. John Bosco vs. La Mirada high school football

More big plays helped St. John Bosco shutout La Mirada, 34-0, in nonleague play on Friday at La Mirada High.

Bosco (2-0), ranked No. 3 in the latest CIF Southe Section Division 1 poll, hasn’t allowed a point yet this season. La Mirada (1-1) came into the week ranked No. 1 in CIF-SS Division 3 after beating Orange Lutheran last week.

Bosco quarterback Re-al Mitchell finished with four touchdowns, two rushing and two passing, while running back Terrance Beasley racked up 254 yards rushing on 16 carries.
