LA Rams lose another DB: Rodney McLeod signs with Philadelphia Eagles

The Rams lost another key player in their defensive backfield today as starting free safety Rodney McLeod reportedly agreed to terms with the Philadelphia Eagles on a 5-year, $37 million deal.

On the first day of free agency, the Rams have lost two starting defensive backs: Janoris Jenkins who agreed to terms with the New York Giants, and now McLeod.

A 25-year-old four-year veteran, McLeod has developed into a productive player on the back end of the Rams defense after signing with them as an undrafted free agent in 2012. McLeod was named the full-time starter in 2013 and progressively improved and matured.
