Noteworthy: The senior UC Irvine commit put up two huge performances to help extend his final high school season as the Griffins defeated Poway and Santa Margarita in the first two rounds of the CIF State Division II Playoffs.

He had 23 points, six rebounds and seven assists Wednesday before tallying 20 points, eight rebounds, four assists and five steals Saturday night.

Los Al will host Long Beach Poly on Tuesday night in the regional semifinals.
