Women’s golf

Long Beach State senior Kassidy Teare shot an even-par 72 in the final round of the third aual Silverado Showdown to finish in fifth place at the Silverado Resort & Spa North Course in Napa. The 49ers finished in 15th place at 51-over 915. Teare closed out the three-day, 54-hole touament at even-par 216 to record her fourth top-five finish this year.
